Loose sheets are printed and left unbound as loose individual sheets of paper.

Please note Matt (ultra smooth) paper is used for color printing rather Matt (bond). Matt (ultra smooth) does have a very slight sheen to improve color performance

How to Prepare Your Artwork
For best results we recommend that you upload high quality PDF files.
To achieve high quality printing:
- Export your file as a PDF
- Use images with a minimum of 300DPI resolution
- Design in CMYK
- If you have background colors that need to be extended to the edge, ensure at 3mm of bleed is included.
- Keep important text inside the sage margin. This is 5mm in from all edges.
- Embed all fonts before exporting your PDF.
Choosing the Right Paper
Matt Paper
A versatile choice for reports, forms, manuals and training documents. Matt paper reduces glare and can be written on.
If you choose to print your loose sheets in Black and White, a bond stock will be used however, if you are printing in color, a coated stock (Matt Ultra smooth) is used. Both papers are classed as Matt and both can be written on.
Silk Paper
Silk paper offers vibrant color reproduction while maintaining a smooth, professional finish. It's a popular option for company handouts, brochures and marketing materials.
Gloss Paper
Gloss paper creates a rich color and sharp photographic detail. It's perfect for flyers, promotional materials, artwork and documents you want to stand out from the crowd!

Yes. Matt paper is the best choice if you'll be writing on your documents after printing.
